Master (MSc) in Dentistry

The level of education that graduate students get at the Faculty of Dentistry in the University of Debrecen is a master’s degree (MSc) with their degree. The name of the qualification is a doctor of a diploma (dr. med. dent.). The field of training belongs to the medical and health sciences. The training is an undivided master's degree, in a form of full-time course. The training period is 10 semesters in a five-year period. A secondary B2 state-recognized language exam (English / German) or equivalent graduation certificate or diploma and a successful written / oral state exam are also required. The practical training of professional subjects takes place separately, with the managers of the given departments, so even during the undergraduate training, students gain practical knowledge, experience and some routine from the subjects of periodontal diseases, dental surgery and orthodontics.
